Welcome to Everoak Carpentry & Flooring LLC. By accessing our website ever-oak.com or engaging our services, you agree to be bound by the following Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully before proceeding.

1. About Us

Everoak Carpentry & Flooring LLC is a UAE-registered company providing premium carpentry, interior fit-out, and flooring services across Dubai and the United Arab Emirates. Our registered address is Warehouse 1, Building 4, Darwish Compound, Dubai Investment Park 2 (DIP-2), Dubai, UAE.

2. Services

We offer the following services:

  • Custom wooden furniture and carpentry for residential, commercial, hospitality, and exhibition spaces
  • Interior fit-out and modular furniture solutions
  • Flooring installation and finishing
  • Exhibition booth and stall design and manufacture

All services are subject to a formal agreement, scope of work, and pricing quotation agreed upon in writing between Everoak and the client prior to commencement.

3. Quotations & Pricing

  • All quotations provided by Everoak are valid for 30 days from the date of issue, unless otherwise stated.
  • Prices are quoted in UAE Dirhams (AED) and are exclusive of VAT unless explicitly stated.
  • Everoak reserves the right to revise pricing if the scope of work changes after the initial quotation.
  • A formal written agreement or purchase order must be signed before work commences.

4. Payment Terms

  • Standard payment terms require a deposit of 50% upon agreement, with the remaining balance due upon project completion and handover.
  • Custom or large-scale projects may have a phased payment schedule as outlined in the project agreement.
  • Payments may be made via bank transfer, cheque, or other agreed methods.
  • Everoak reserves the right to suspend work if payments are not received as per agreed terms.

5. Project Timeline

  • Project timelines are estimated at the time of quotation and are subject to change based on material availability, site conditions, and client approvals.
  • Everoak will make reasonable efforts to meet agreed timelines but shall not be liable for delays caused by factors beyond our reasonable control.
  • The client is responsible for ensuring site access and required approvals are in place before the agreed start date.

6. Client Responsibilities

The client agrees to:

  • Provide accurate information regarding site dimensions, requirements, and preferences
  • Ensure timely approvals of designs, samples, and materials when requested
  • Provide safe and unobstructed site access during working hours
  • Notify Everoak of any changes to the scope of work promptly and in writing

7. Warranties & Defects

  • Everoak provides a 12-month warranty on workmanship for completed projects from the date of handover.
  • This warranty covers defects arising from faulty workmanship or materials supplied by Everoak.
  • The warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, modifications by third parties, normal wear and tear, or environmental factors beyond our control.
  • Warranty claims must be submitted in writing within the warranty period.

8. Intellectual Property

All designs, drawings, 3D renders, and creative concepts produced by Everoak remain the intellectual property of Everoak Carpentry & Flooring LLC until full payment has been received. Upon receipt of full payment, the client receives the right to use the completed physical work; however, design files and drawings remain the property of Everoak unless otherwise agreed in writing.

9. Cancellation Policy

  • Cancellations must be submitted in writing to Jangirpm2620@gmail.com.
  • If a project is cancelled after work has commenced, the client will be responsible for costs incurred up to the date of cancellation, including materials purchased and work completed.
  • The initial deposit is non-refundable in cases of client-initiated cancellation after project commencement.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable UAE law, Everoak’s total liability to the client for any claim arising out of or in connection with our services shall not exceed the total amount paid by the client for the specific project to which the claim relates. Everoak shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

11. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any disputes arising from or related to these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Dubai, UAE.

12. Amendments

Everoak reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. Updated terms will be posted on our website with a revised date. Continued use of our services after any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
